Support Order Management: review contracts and POs for booking accuracy.
Validate deals in SFDC against contracts, POs, approvals, and docs.
Partner with Sales and Legal to ensure policy conformance.
Ensure accurate deal metrics and reporting on performance.
Work with cross-functional teams to improve order, invoicing, and collections workflows.
Mark deals as 'closed-won' and sync to Workday for invoicing.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
3+ years of billing experience
Experience at SaaS companies preferred
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
Experience with journal entries and account reconciliations
Experience working in multiple currencies and FX knowledge
