Financial Investigations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end insider-threat investigations (AML, CTF, sanctions, fraud, COI)
• Analyze large, complex datasets to detect patterns and anomalies in insider activity
• Develop insider-threat typologies and intelligence; share insights with Ops, Risk Product, and Commercial
• Advise senior stakeholders; produce clear investigative reports for leadership
• Maintain awareness of evolving threats, best practices, and regulatory requirements for insider risk and financial crime
• Role based in San Francisco or New York

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years conducting insider-threat investigations in regulated environments
• Strong understanding of financial-crime typologies, data privacy laws, and investigative frameworks
• Advanced data analysis using BigQuery, SQL, Python; data visualization tools
• Excellent English and Chinese communication; able to work independently in a global team; high integrity
• Preferred certifications such as CAMS, CFI, CFE
