Financial Investigations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end insider-threat investigations (AML, CTF, sanctions, COI)
• Analyze large datasets to detect patterns and anomalies
• Develop insider-threat intelligence; share with Ops, Risk Product, Commercial
• Build and mature the insider-threat program; policies, procedures, training
• Advise senior stakeholders with clear reports and presentations
• Based in San Francisco or New York (Hybrid role)

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years conducting complex financial crime and insider-threat investigations in fintech or regulated environments
• Strong understanding of financial-crime typologies, data privacy regs, and investigative frameworks
• Advanced data analysis; proficient with BigQuery, SQL, Python and data-visualization tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently in a global team
• Preferred: experience in a complex investigative team for a high-growth fintech
• Preferred: CAMS, CFI, CFE certifications; bilingual English/Mandarin (APAC)
