🎯 Requirements
- Direct experience leading collections & recoveries for a regulated lender in Europe.
- Strong understanding of collections and recoveries within credit risk strategy.
- Deep knowledge of European consumer credit regulations and state differences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic company environment.
- Experience coordinating with operations, product and tech to improve EU customer journeys.
- Leadership experience in FinHealth initiatives or similar.
