📋 Description

• Lead EU FinHealth initiatives; ensure compliant delivery for EU lending.
• Collaborate with operations, tech and credit risk to deliver strategy.
• Own collections and recoveries; balance customer outcomes and performance.
• Support product/tech in in-app journeys for customers in difficulty.
• Localise FinHealth capabilities for European markets per regulations.
• Work with data analysts to extract insights and optimize strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience leading collections & recoveries for a regulated lender in Europe.
• Strong understanding of collections and recoveries in credit risk strategy.
• Deep knowledge of European consumer credit regulations across states.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic company.
• Proficiency in European languages, particularly Spanish, preferred.
