Financial Health Analyst

📋 Description

• Support operations with customer escalations.
• Update FinHealth processes and guidance; align stakeholders.
• Support FinHealth projects and customer journeys improvements.
• Analyze trends in processes and customer outcomes.
• Use data insights to drive improvements in outcomes, tooling and processes.
• Support day-to-day FinHealth ops, SLAs, risks, and frontline comms.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in operations supporting customers in financial difficulties.
• Experience creating procedure documentation and guidance.
• Experience implementing process changes in operational settings.
• Strong data analysis skills: identify trends and make recommendations.
• Excellent communication; adapt to audiences and challenge status quo.
• Knowledge of Irish/EU regulations, CPC 2025 and Personal Insolvency Act (preferred).
