🎯 Requirements
- 6–10 years of relevant experience.
- VC, PE, or asset management background.
- Big 4 audit/advisory with buy-side exposure.
- Experience with investment holding companies and SPVs.
- Experience owning audits and complex structures.
- Nice-to-have: digital assets, multi-jurisdictional accounting, SPVs.
