Own end-to-end finance function (AP, AR, payroll, GL)
Lead EOS in the business and governance practices
Prepare monthly management accounts: P&L, balance sheet, variance
Support month-end close and ensure accuracy of financial data
Develop budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections
Provide financial insights to support decisions and partner with commercial teams

🎯 Requirements

7+ years experience in finance in a fast-paced environment
Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Demonstrated strategic finance and commercial partnering
CA or equivalent
Business Central experience desirable
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
