Develop models, forecasts and board-level reporting.
Own relationships with external accountants, auditors and tax advisers; strengthen controls.
Scale finance processes as the company grows.

🎯 Requirements

ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualified accountant.
Experience running finance in a high-growth startup or scale-up.
Strong modelling skills and ability to present complex analysis to non-finance audiences.
Bias to action and comfort with ambiguity.
