Financial Controller

📋 Description

• Oversee global month-, quarter-, and year-end close; ensure timely financial statements and KPIs.
• Own NetSuite environment; lead configuration, workflows, consolidations, and integrations.
• Manage international multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, and currency translation.
• Build robust internal controls (SOX-lite) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate external audits and manage international tax compliance with advisors.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years accounting; at least 3 years SaaS leadership.
• NetSuite expertise required; Stripe and Brex a plus.
• Experience designing and implementing accounting processes and internal controls.
• Experience with direct and indirect taxes; subscription-based billing and deferred revenue.
• Experience managing international subsidiaries, consolidations, and multi-currency operations.
• CPA strongly preferred; Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance required; Master's/MBA a plus.
