🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification.
5+ years as Controller leading accounting functions.
Crypto accounting experience.
Proficiency in NetSuite.
Strong leadership, communication, and ethics.
