Lead finance and accounting initiatives: budget, audit, and month-end close (US GAAP)
Manage daily GL, AR, AP, payroll, invoicing, fixed assets, and reconciliations
Lead accounting operations: systems, processes, goals, and special projects
Maintain SOPs and propose improvements; implement new processes
Own internal, corporate, and peer-group financial reporting
Support customer billing, collections, price changes, and billing incentives

🎯 Requirements

Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting is required
Experience in MSP space is a plus
Hybrid role based in Daytona Beach, FL
Ability to lead multiple accounting functions and teams
Proficiency with GL, reconciliations, and month-end close
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
