Lead and manage finance and accounting initiatives (budget, audit, close) using US GAAP.
Manage daily accounting: GL, AR, AP, Payroll, Invoicing, Fixed Assets.
Lead Accounting Operations: systems, processes, goals, and special projects.
Maintain SOPs and develop recommendations for improving finance processes.
Own internal, corporate, and peer-group financial reporting.
Hands-on billing role: billing, collections, pricing changes, and incentives.
