Lead finance and accounting initiatives; budget, audit, and month-end close under US GAAP.
Manage daily accounting: GL, AR, AP, Payroll, Invoicing, Fixed Assets, reconciliations.
Lead Accounting Operations: systems, goals, special projects.
Maintain SOPs; develop and implement new processes.
Own financial reporting; liaison with internal teams, banks, landlords, and vendors.
Hands-on billing, collections, price changes, and incentives.

🎯 Requirements

Proficiency in US GAAP accounting.
Experience leading finance/accounting; MSP space a plus.
Ability to manage budget, audit, month-end close, and financial reporting.
Analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated problem solver with a growth mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
