- Full financial supervision of selected subsidiaries/entities (Poland/Europe)
- Day-to-day contact with internal stakeholders on profitability, debt and risk
- Review and approve client contracts and trading deals; finance docs
- Control and forecast P&L; manage cash flow
- Prepare subsidiary data for consolidation and monthly reporting
- Coordinate annual audit; main POC for auditors
🎯 Requirements
- University-level education in finance
- 5+ years in finance/accounting/controlling and/or auditing
- Proficiency in accounting and corporate finance/management reporting
- Office proficiency with Google Sheets/Slides
- Experience with automations and process optimizations
- Excellent English (C1) and fluent Polish; other languages a plus
- Nice-to-have: Corporate Tax, VAT, WHT knowledge
- Nice-to-have: ACCA, CIMA or other qualifications
