Financial Controller

📋 Description

• Own the full financial reporting cycle (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual).
• Prepare and review management accounts, balance sheets, and P&L statements.
• Lead annual audits and act as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
• Strengthen internal controls, approval workflows, and audit trails.
• Own cash flow forecasting and provide visibility on liquidity and cash position.
• Monitor financial and regulatory risks across multiple countries and jurisdictions.

🎯 Requirements

• UK-qualified accountant with UK GAAP and statutory experience.
• Led monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting and audit readiness.
• Managed audits with external auditors; tax/VAT and payroll knowledge.
• SaaS/tech company experience with recurring revenue.
• Proficient in NetSuite; strong Excel for analysis.
• Comfortable cross-system data/stakeholder communication; analytics.
