- Build reports, models, and processes to support FP&A for Sales Finance.
- Analyze financial results, trends, risks, and opportunities; share insights.
- Manage and track performance vs annual budget, seasonal plans, and KPIs.
- Partner with Finance, Merchandising, Operations, and teams to develop budgets/forecasts.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and scenario modeling for management.
- Analyze large data volumes to derive insights and present to leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years in corporate finance, PE, IB, or wealth mgmt.
- Strong spreadsheet skills (Google tools helpful) and financial modeling.
- Experience with AI-powered tools for analysis, forecasting, and decisions.
- Analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience with Anaplan, Essbase, Looker, and/or similar tools.
- Able to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change.
