• Develop and maintain financial models for reporting, forecasting, and scenario analysis

• Produce monthly and quarterly performance-to-plan analyses with key drivers and risks

• Conduct ad hoc financial modeling and analyses to inform strategic decisions

• Deliver management-ready reports and dashboards communicating results and trends

• Improve reporting processes via automation and data simplification

• Partner with non-financial stakeholders to translate results into actionable insights

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years FP&A or corporate finance in a business-partnering role.
\n
• Strong analytical skills linking financial outcomes to operations.
\n
• Experience partnering with non-financial stakeholders and influencing decisions.
\n
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and data analysis.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal, diplomacy, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Executive communications and data visualizations translating analyses into insights.
\n
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
\n
