Financial Analyst - Hospitality

📋 Description

• Coordinate collection and organization of due diligence material from Agents.
• Research sub-market location drivers, leasing trends, population changes, and developments.
• Analyze property financial statements and advise underwriting assumptions.
• Build and maintain institutional financial models in Excel.
• Present analyses and financial models clearly.
• Answer questions from Manager and Sales Agents about analyses.
• Assist in reviewing the financial sections of marketing packages.
• Manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 1-2 years CRE experience including brokerage, lending, appraisals, development, or acquisitions.
• Hospitality assets exposure preferred.
• Excel proficiency required.
• Familiarity with Costar and STR.
• Understanding IRR, cap rate, and related real estate principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; manage multiple projects.
