Financial Analyst (FP&A)

📋 Description

• Support annual planning, rolling forecasts, and scenario analysis.
• Build and maintain operating models for revenue, headcount, expenses.
• Evaluate trade-offs for growth initiatives, hiring, and investments.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to align goals.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting; explain variances clearly.
• Track core SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, NRR, CAC, LTV).

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in finance; at least 2 years FP&A.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and SaaS models.
• Experience supporting leaders with financial insights.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable with structured data.
• Clear, thoughtful communication; turn numbers into action.
• Proactive, curious mindset in a fast-moving environment.
