🎯 Requirements
- Up to 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Experience partnering with engineering teams for budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Exceptional work ethic, humility, and a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to partner with non-finance teams.
