🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred
- 3+ years CRE underwriting; advanced Excel modeling; 2+ years ARGUS
- Experience valuing income-producing properties and abstracting leases
- Ability to build complex cash-flow models and interpret financials
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; multi-project capability
- Ability to work with high-performing professionals across disciplines
