Strategic FP&A partner driving insights for exec decisions.
Collaborate with Finance, Billing, Sales Ops, BI, and Leadership to improve forecasting.
Develop and refine financial models to support forecasting accuracy.
Provide variance analysis for Exec Management and Board reporting.
Improve data flows, reporting, and analytics across teams.
Leverage AI tooling for pricing, scenario analysis, and risk assessment.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
3 years FP&A, Revenue Ops, Data Analysis, or BI experience; strong Excel and modeling.
High attention to detail.
Familiarity with SQL (Snowflake preferred) and willingness to deepen skills and apply AI tooling.
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and planning software (Adaptive).
Excellent communication skills; able to present complex financial information.
