Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Support project teams financially throughout the life cycle of clinical trials.
• Assist in preparing the monthly invoicing worksheet for client invoicing.
• Perform variance analyses comparing forecasted versus actual revenue.
• Review work orders and budgets to identify out of scope activities.
• Support monthly project reviews and contract documents such as SOWs and change orders.
• Collaborate with Finance to support financial reporting and the general ledger, including close processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum two years GL and financial reporting experience including project budgets and EVA.
• English fluency; local language required where position is based.
• Working knowledge of AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations.
• Strong Excel/PC skills and ability to multitask.
• CRO industry experience preferred.
• Strong accounting skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
