🎯 Requirements
- 4–5 years in Finance; 2–3 years in FP&A/Financial Analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Economics acceptable).
- Master’s degree preferred; ACCA/CIMA qualification a plus.
- Highly numerate with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication; able to partner with senior stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel; able to work with large datasets.
