🎯 Requirements
- BA/BS in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of finance experience.
- Strong data analytics and interpretation of financial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Real estate financial analysis and modeling experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
