Oversee ALU's financial aid operations end-to-end.
Administer scholarships, grants, bursaries, and government loans.
Lead the financial aid team, ensuring high service standards.
Maintain and optimise financial aid systems and CRM/SIS integrations.
Produce regular reports on aid utilisation and outcomes.
Collaborate with Admissions, Registrar, and Finance to align aid with recruitment.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in financial aid administration in higher education.
Strong knowledge of student finance regulations and government funding.
Experience budgeting and reporting on financial aid.
Experience with SIS and CRM systems (e.g., Banner, Slate or equivalent).
Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in HE Admin or Finance.
