  • Oversee ALU's financial aid operations end-to-end.
  • Administer scholarships, grants, bursaries, and government loans.
  • Lead the financial aid team, ensuring high service standards.
  • Maintain and optimise financial aid systems and CRM/SIS integrations.
  • Produce regular reports on aid utilisation and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Admissions, Registrar, and Finance to align aid with recruitment.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in financial aid administration in higher education.
  • Strong knowledge of student finance regulations and government funding.
  • Experience budgeting and reporting on financial aid.
  • Experience with SIS and CRM systems (e.g., Banner, Slate or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in HE Admin or Finance.
