🎯 Requirements
- CFP® or ChFC® designation required.
- Series 65 or 66 required or willing to obtain (7 and Insurance licenses not required).
- Minimum three years of client-facing financial planning or wealth management experience.
- Proven ability in business development, lead conversion, and growth.
- Confident communicator; builds trust in in-office setting.
- Self-motivated and accountable for growth outcomes.
- Proficiency with MoneyGuidePro and Salesforce (CRM) preferred.
