🎯 Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, AITI or equivalent)
- 2-4+ years experience in accounting, audit, or similar role
- Experience in fintech, startup, or a regulated environment is a plus
- Good technical accounting knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
