🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of professional work experience with 4+ years in a project management or operations role, leading initiatives.
- Familiarity with finance processes and systems; analytical and problem solving to drive implementations.
- Experience on projects supporting Compensation teams and accounting/finance systems.
- Understanding of established project management practices and tools.
- Detail-oriented, high-energy, positive disposition and excellent communication.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
