🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in finance transformation, ideally in tech, marketplace, or scale-ups.
- Strong project driver: structured, autonomous, cross-functional.
- English fluency.
- Reliable team player with accountability and integrity.
- Highly organized, analytical, with urgency and prioritization.
- Hands-on, agile, pragmatic problem solver; familiar with Dynamics 365 (nice to have).
