🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in a finance or accounting position.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management; secure buy-in for change.
  • Proven ability to project manage and prioritise multiple work streams.
  • Experience in process design and change management with proactive problem-solving.
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) desirable but not mandatory.
