Finance Systems & Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Act as finance SME on month-end, reconciliations, and audit-ready processes.
• Stabilize and optimize Dynamics 365 Finance with Tech and external vendors.
• Own finance master data governance (dimensions, entities, cost centres, hierarchies).
• Use T-SQL to reconcile financial data across ERP, data warehouse, and BI.
• Oversee finance data pipelines and automation (SSIS, PowerShell); improve monitoring.
• Enable trusted reporting with ThoughtSpot, Power BI, SSRS; ensure stable data feeds.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in financial ops or finance systems; ERP (Dynamics 365 preferred) and reporting.
• Strong controllership mindset; translate accounting needs into system/data design.
• Advanced SQL; diagnose and resolve complex data and reconciliation issues.
• Experience with data pipelines/ETL (SSIS); focus on reliability and improvement.
• Partner with Finance, Tech, data engineering and vendors; influence without authority.
• Degree in Finance/Accounting/IS or related; professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) advantageous.
