• Synthesize key financial insights for leadership; analyze results.
• Partner with teams to communicate performance vs budgets.
• Lead updating key financial slides and metrics weekly.
• Ad-hoc projects to ensure data fidelity for forecasting.
• Lead process improvements; drive standardization and scalable solutions.
• Develop annual plans and financial forecasts; analyze variances.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
• 4+ years of finance experience in FP&A
• Strong project management across complex environments
• Ability to influence decisions via verbal and written communication
• Familiarity with SQL, Looker, and Anaplan
• Mastery of spreadsheets and slides: Google Sheets/Slides, Excel, PowerPoint
