📋 Description

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and long-range planning for Crypto org OKRs.
• Forecast financial impact of Crypto marketing incentives with Marketing ROI targets.
• Ensure monthly P&L accuracy with Accounting; streamline budget management.
• Synthesize insights for leadership; highlight risks and opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models to support Crypto product strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• B.A. in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years in finance/strategy with increasing responsibility; 2+ years partnering.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Strong product sense and concise communication.
• Fintech product experience is a plus.
