Finance & Strategy Manager, Partnerships

📋 Description

• Support the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for Wolt+ on a global scale.
• Build and maintain financial and operational models translating complex drivers into outputs.
• Analyze key metrics (activation, order frequency, LTV) and cohort behavior.
• Develop business cases for Wolt+ Partnerships, including pricing, margins, ROI.
• Contribute to performance reviews by identifying risks, opportunities, and levers to improve outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align goals and data requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in IB/PE/M&A/strategic finance or FP&A at a high-growth tech company.
• Exceptional financial modeling; expert in Excel/Sheets.
• Strong understanding of unit economics, margins, and commercial structures.
• Strong analytical, structured thinking, and problem-solving.
• Translate complex financial insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
