Finance & Strategy Manager

📋 Description

• Act as finance partner to senior BD and Marketing; guide investments and growth.
• Lead strategic/financial planning: MBRs, forecasts, budgets, long-range plans.
• Partner with Commercial on goals, territory/revenue planning, and tracking.
• Own commissions forecasting and accruals; model variable compensation.
• Prepare revenue/expense forecasts; report performance vs. budget and drive actions.
• Evaluate GTM investments, marketing spend efficiency, partnerships, and pricing.

🎯 Requirements

• B.A. in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 8+ years in Finance/Strategy/Consulting/IB; 3+ yrs supporting BD/Commercial.
• Strong PM skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical modeling, forecasting, and business judgment.
• Ability to influence via verbal and written communication.
• Excel and Google Suite expert; eager to develop querying/modeling skills.
