Finance & Strategy Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as finance partner to senior RHD leaders; inform capital allocation.
• Build and maintain financial models and decision frameworks.
• Own end-to-end budget and workforce planning across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Manage weekly KPI tracking, monthly reviews, quarterly forecasts.
• Lead scenario modeling and insights with data scientists for decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Finance & Strategy or analytics; 3+ years in fintech product finance.
• Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.
• Experience presenting complex analyses to senior leaders.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets; SQL and dashboards (Superset) preferred.
