Oversee end-to-end financial oversight of APAC SPVs and aggregators.
Oversee third-party administrators; support monthly closes and trial balances.
Review admin trial balances under SFRS, HKFRS, US GAAP, IFRS.
Review impairment and going concern memos prepared by administrators.
Validate data flows into Snowflake with mapping checks.
Strengthen SPV governance: internal controls over reporting, intercompany, liquidity, admin oversight.

🎯 Requirements

Graduate with 8-10 years of experience.
ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CA qualification required.
Private Equity fund administration or audit experience required.
Experience with SAP, Power BI, and SQL.
Excellent Excel skills and data analysis.
Ability to work autonomously and collaborate cross-functionally.
