🎯 Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in FP&A, Finance, IB, Consulting, or similar
- Strong financial modeling skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
- SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, LTV/CAC, cohorts)
- B2B and/or B2C business models
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems quickly with a commercial mindset
- High learning velocity — quick to pick up new tools
