- Deep knowledge of general ledger, payment rails, risk, and compliance
- Shipped a payments product through a scale inflection point
- Comfortable in a small-team environment where PM writes specs and unblocks engineering
- Ability to ship end-to-end financial infrastructure features
- Strong collaboration with engineering on reconciliation and host workflows
