- Oversee fund accounting and controllership for Real Assets funds.
- Manage Gurugram fund controllership team and review work.
- Oversee day-to-day ops: investor activity, cash, NAV close, reporting.
- Manage capital calls, distributions, and cash carry calculations.
- Oversee revolving credit facilities, lenders, and quarterly reporting.
- Assist with quarterly/annual financial statements and audits.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in private fund and partnership accounting.
- CA qualification required; CPA preferred.
- Experience in private equity fund administration or audits.
- Strong financial acumen; able to analyze complex data.
- Proficiency in Excel; Investran and PowerBI a plus.
- Ability to multitask, collaborate with teams, and meet deadlines.
