Finance & Planning Analysis Manager

📋 Description

• Build annual budgets and monthly rolling forecasts for GTM.
• Partner with Sales, CS, and Marketing on planning and decisions.
• Analyze large data sets, cohort analysis, retention, regression analyses.
• Develop financial models to drive revenue growth and investments.
• Lead monthly/quarterly revenue forecasting and strategic planning.
• Improve GTM data stack with dashboards and BI tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years FP&A, investment banking, or related; 2+ yrs GTM.
• Bachelor's in Finance/Economics/Accounting/Business or related.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Experience with large data sets, data flows, cohort analysis.
• Translate financial analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and EPM tools (Anaplan/Pigment/Adaptive/Vena).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional skills.
