📋 Description

• Advise operators on high-impact financial decisions across portfolio companies.
• Sit with CEOs on unit economics, cash flow, runway, and growth investment.
• Pressure-test assumptions before commitments and actions.
• Own the financial narrative with actuals vs plan at driver level.
• Build and improve multi-company finance systems and processes.
• Provide actionable deliverables, not just readouts, across portfolios.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10 years of FP&A, startup finance, or multi-company work.
• Advised founders or operators directly.
• Driver-based modelling is your default.
• Comfortable holding financial context across multiple companies.
• Learn fast, build systems rather than just doing the work.
• You have worked across a portfolio, PE-backed roll-up, or multi-entity environment.
