📋 Description

  • Manage day-to-day finance and operations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline multi-entity finance.
  • Build relationships with local contacts, providers, and US Finance.
  • Develop knowledge of local financial, regulatory, and operational requirements per jurisdiction.
  • Own assigned entities and tasks, meet KPIs, and adapt to a growing global tech business.
  • Support intercompany transactions and cross-entity reconciliations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in finance and accounting, ideally multi-entity.
  • Experience across currencies and jurisdictions; EMEA or APAC preferred.
  • Knowledge of accounting systems (NetSuite, Xero) across multiple entities.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, ledgers, journals; strong attention to detail.
  • Accounting qualification (part-qualified or above) such as ACCA/ACCA/CIMA.
  • English proficiency; cross-cultural communication.
