Manage day-to-day finance and operations across multiple jurisdictions.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline multi-entity finance.
Build relationships with local contacts, providers, and US Finance.
Develop knowledge of local financial, regulatory, and operational requirements per jurisdiction.
Own assigned entities and tasks, meet KPIs, and adapt to a growing global tech business.
Support intercompany transactions and cross-entity reconciliations.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience in finance and accounting, ideally multi-entity.
Experience across currencies and jurisdictions; EMEA or APAC preferred.
Knowledge of accounting systems (NetSuite, Xero) across multiple entities.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, ledgers, journals; strong attention to detail.
Accounting qualification (part-qualified or above) such as ACCA/ACCA/CIMA.
English proficiency; cross-cultural communication.
