  • Serve as strategic partner to the CFO on priorities and execution.
  • Attend finance, fundraising, and exec meetings; track actions.
  • Drive fundraising prep: investor tracking, diligence, timelines.
  • Oversee investor pipeline, logs, and engagement follow-ups.
  • Support board/investor reporting; coordinate across teams.
  • On-site 5 days/week at Long Beach HQ.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in finance, investment banking, PE, corporate dev, or startups.
  • Experience supporting senior executives in strategic/operational roles.
  • Strong financial acumen; fundraising, capital markets, and reporting.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint.
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
