- Serve as strategic partner to the CFO on priorities and execution.
- Attend finance, fundraising, and exec meetings; track actions.
- Drive fundraising prep: investor tracking, diligence, timelines.

🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in finance, investment banking, PE, corporate dev, or startups.
- Experience supporting senior executives in strategic/operational roles.
- Strong financial acumen; fundraising, capital markets, and reporting.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
