🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in Financial Program Management or Operations; SaaS preferred
- Deep Salesforce CRM and CPQ knowledge; NetSuite ERP knowledge
- Understand how configuration affects contract generation and data flow
- Map complex processes and translate into functional requirements
- Advanced Excel; analyze data from Salesforce and NetSuite
- Experience drafting business requirements with clear success criteria
- Experience testing in NetSuite and Salesforce with QA and retests
- See big-picture impact on bookings, revenue reporting, and compliance
