Finance Manager - UK, Europe, & North America

📋 Description

• Lead and develop seven offshore Financial Accountants and Senior Financial Accountants.
• Own regional P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow for Europe and North America.
• Ensure balance sheet accuracy with timely reconciliations per policies.
• Lead end-to-end month-end close for IFRS and US GAAP consolidation.
• Oversee revenue recognition, deferred revenue and intercompany transactions.
• Provide clear performance commentary on revenue, margin and cash to support leadership decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading accounting teams, including offshore resources.
• Experience as a Finance Manager in a multinational environment with multiple entities.
• Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA with significant post-qualification experience.
• Expert knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP; VAT and income tax experience advantageous.
• Track record of identifying financial risks and implementing solutions.
• Proven ability to work in a global team across multiple time zones.
