Lead MEC activities and ensure timely preparation and distribution of financial statements
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with standards and policies
Conduct material variance analysis to support internal and external stakeholders
Consolidate monthly and quarterly financial reports
Act as a key person for local statutory audits and tax matters
Support business needs by driving ad-hoc accounting projects

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of accounting experience at a multinational company
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
Experience using Netsuite, Adaptive, Coupa, Concur, Microsoft Office, Google Suite
Strong communication skills - including business-level English
Experience working in a growth environment; retail or F&B industry is a strong plus
2+ years of People Management experience is required
