Finance Manager - Optimization and Efficiency

📋 Description

• Lead DC power and hardware efficiency initiatives within FP&A
• Establish hardware efficiency targets with KPI and savings
• Partner with engineering/ops to track cloud hardware KPIs
• Generate reports on financial results, variance, and KPIs for stakeholders
• Analyze operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Evaluate financial impact of hardware configurations and optimizations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/economics or related field, or equivalent
• 7-10+ years in finance/FP&A, corporate development, or similar
• Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives
• Strong GAAP, financial modeling, and budgeting knowledge
• Advanced Excel/PowerPoint; self-motivated; Preferred: MBA/MS; cloud infra; NetSuite; SQL/Python
